Dear SNEWGA Rep,
 
It's that time again - time to be thinking about golf!!  The days are getting longer - can spring be far behind???
 
The SNEWGA INFO SHEET must be returned to me by March 1 with the club dues of $30.  If you need more time than March 1, please contact me.  Returning this info promptly will ensure that your club is listed in the 2009 SNEWGA Directory.
 
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE REMAINS AT $10 PER PERSON AND IS DUE BY MARCH 23.  Sending in membership dues by March 23 will ensure we have enough directories to distribute to your club at the SNEWGA Spring meeting on Saturday, April 4. 
 
An Excel list of your club's 2008 membership has been sent to you via email.  Please send this back to me with individual membership dues ($10 per person) by March 23, and updated with adds, changes, or deletes.  Dues received AFTER April 30 will be assessed a $5 late fee. 
 
There are many benefits of being a SNEWGA member:
  1. SNEWGA held its Member-Member tournament in 2009 at The Ranch, and it was extremely popular.  The Member-Member tournament format will continue in 2009.... 
     
  2. Spring Cup is a very popular event and will continue with the same two-woman, better ball format.  It's a great way to kick off the golf season!
     
  3. SNEWGA Sunday tournaments will continue in 2009.
     
  4. e-Clubhouse membership will continue at no charge if you are a SNEWGA member.
     
  5. NEW THIS YEAR - a discount on a GPS measuring device (Sky Caddie SG5) will be offered to SNEWGA members only.  Details will be announced over the next couple of months.
     
  6. As of January, two new clubs have already joined SNEWGA this year:
        a) Wethersfield
        b) Oak Hills
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU - we were able to grow membership in 2008!!!
